From the North:
Route 91 south to exit 19. The ramp puts you onto route 5 toward Northampton. Once you’ve passed Walmart, take a right at the light onto Bridge Road. Northampton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is .5 miles ahead on the left.
From the South:
Route 91 north to exit 18. Go straight through the light onto Damon Road. Northampton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is 1.5 miles ahead on the left.
From the East:
Route 9 west. Once you enter Northampton take a right at the next light, Damon Road. Northampton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is 1.5 miles ahead on the left.
From the West:
Route 9 east. Take a left onto Bridge Road (at Look Park.) Northampton Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is 1.8 miles ahead on the right.
